Shipping & General Policy
All online shipping is subject to stock availability. At V Perfumes, we constantly strive to keep your favorite items in stock. However, external circumstances may sometimes cause a product to be labeled as "Out of Stock." You are welcome to check back at any time, or use the “Notify Me” feature to receive restock alerts. You may also contact our team to inquire about in-store availability.
Shipping & Delivery Timeline:
- Orders are shipped within 3 working days after order confirmation.
- Delivery is completed within 7 days or less, depending on your location in KSA.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the next working day.
- Our working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping Coverage:
We deliver to all regions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Delivery Charges:
- Free delivery for orders SAR 200 and above.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are separate service fees, not shipping fees.
Payment Methods:
Currently, only Cash on Delivery is available. Additional online payment options will be introduced soon.
Return Policy:
Products can be returned within 7 days if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Return delivery charges apply if the product has been shipped.
- Refunds for COD and online payments are credited to your e-wallet within one working day.
- If payment was made via bank credit or Visa card, refunds are processed within 7–10 days.
- A 2.5% charge applies to prepaid cancellations made before shipping without valid reason.
- If a shipped order is returned, courier charges will be deducted.
- Products purchased during high-margin sales are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Order Cancellation:
You can cancel your order from your account or by using the cancellation link sent via SMS. If you need help, our team is always available.
Order Tracking:
A tracking link is provided in the confirmation SMS and email. You will receive a notification when the order ships and another when it is out for delivery.
Address Changes:
You can update your delivery address before the order is dispatched. Please contact our team as soon as possible.
